When I go to erase text messages, my phone often stops at certain messages and won't continue erasing. Now it's stopped at the last message that can fit in the inbox and won't erase anymore. So every few minutes, I get told that my inbox is full please erase old messages. The way I erase them is I go to messaging, inbox, click the OK button twice, then the left soft key, then OK again. Any other methods you've found would be helpful.
Hmmm, not sure how different the env and the env2 are, but some other ways I do it are...
messaging, then right soft key, arrowing down that list your options should be erase inbox, erase sent, erase drafts. Select one, press ok, then ok again, your phone should say messages erased or something along those lines. That is if you don't mind erasing your entire inbox contents.
Also, the method of going messages, inbox, after that step, you should be able to press left soft key to erase, then ok to confirm.
Hope that helps.
Your last suggestion is what I did. I will try this new method. Thanks.
